Katherine was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, attended East Tennessee State University and moved to the mountains of  North Carolina in 1999. For several years, she traveled as a District Sales Manager and offers over 18 years sales experience.

 In 2005, Katherine changed careers and received her Real Estate license. She immediately earned the nationally recognized professional designation “Graduate Real Estate Institute” (GRI). She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR), Realtors Land Institute (RLI), Northern Jackson Board of  Realtors, where she served as an officer for 2 years and  Haywood County Board of Realtors.

 Within her first year with Keller Williams, Katherine was awarded the “Capper Award”, representing top sales for 2009. In 2011 was nominated and elected the Agent Leadership Council (ALC).

 Katherine is very active with her church, St. Augustine’s Anglican Church, located in Bryson City, NC. She lives in the Nantahala community with her husband of 21 years and their 6 dogs, 4 cats, 3 horses and any other critter that comes along and needs a home!
